Healthy Families Invercargill Developmental Evaluation Lead
Do you have a passion for evaluation?
Sport Southland’s Healthy Families Invercargill team is looking for a systems-thinking guru who can collect and analyse real-time data in ways that lead to informed and ongoing decision making as we support Invercargill to become a healthier community.
The Healthy Families Invercargill initiative aims to improve people's health where they live, lear, work and play in order to prevent chronic disease.
Working closely with key stakeholders and community champions, the initiative supports communities to think differently about the causes of poor health so that people eat well, are physically active, are smokefree and only drink alcohol in moderation.
Our Developmental Evaluation Lead will embrace innovation, be excited about the unknown and will guide the team to ask the right questions and collect the best evidence.
Accountabilities will include:
- Coordinating local evaluation priorities and methods of data collection
- Coordinating the use of developmental evaluation and systems thinking tools
- Producing evaluation reports and impact stories
- Working closely with the Institute of Environmental Science and Research around the local developmental evaluation plan and Massey University on the national evaluation of Healthy Families NZ
To apply for this role, please submit a completed application form, along with a CV and cover letter to Healthy Families Invercargill Manager Jared Cappie via email - email@example.com with "Developmental Evaluation Lead" in the subject line, post to PO Box 224, Invercarcargill or call into Sport Southland, based at ILT Stadium Southland.
